A joke I once read on some Russian site suggested something like this:
我曾经在一个俄罗斯网站上读到过这样的一个笑话：
"If you see a mushroom cloud growing and the nuclear explosion is about to hit you, the best you can do is run to the nearest wall and make a doggie shape with your hand so that the nuclear shadow that is left of you on that wall will give an example of a wonderfully optimistic attitude for the future generations."
“如果你看到蘑菇云正在升起，然后你即将被核爆炸击中，你能做的最好的事情就是找个最近的墙壁，然后利用你的双手将你自己的影子扮成一条狗的形状，这样你在受到核爆之后留在墙上的影子就会像一条小狗狗，于是就能给未来的子孙后代留下一个积极美好的印象。”
It's black humor but it's the only thing I would do, really.
