Government revenue,epitomazing social equity,should be spent on public issues to create better environment for us to live in,such as infrastructure,healthcare and education.Admittedly,creative artists do need financial aid offers to keep on producing artworks and get inspired.They will acquire considerable income at last once their talents is discovered.
