URL转译 stringByAddingPercentEscapesUsingEncoding(只对 `#%^{}[]|"<> 加空格共14个字符编码，不包括”&?”等符号), ios9将淘汰。
建议用stringByAddingPercentEncodingWithAllowedCharacters方法
