我和很多很多的纽约跑者都来用跑步为她们践行，在出发以前，她们说了这么一段话，今天对于你们来说已经是1月20日了，新总统将在这天宣誓就任，我想要给大家翻译这段话。
大多数人认为，你一定要很有钱才能改变世界，你一定要出名或者你一定要有至少5万微博粉丝才能够改变世界。
Most people think you need to have a lot of money to make differences, you have to be famous to make differences or you need to have 50k followers on IG to make differences.
我没有那些东西。事实上，当我站在你面前，我的银行卡里只有两百美元。
但是我告诉你我有什么，我有一双跑鞋，我有两只可以放进跑鞋的脚。我有满腔的热情去带动人们，并且我愿意为此付出汗水。
I do not have those things. In fact, I stand before you with only $200 in my bank account but I will tell you what I do now. I have a pair of sneakers and I have two feet to put in them. I have passion in my heart to organize people and I have willingness to sweat for what I want.
就像教练说的一样，不要让你做不了的事情阻碍了你能做的事情。任何人在任何时间都可以做出选择。你永远会有你能做的事情。而重要的是，你要指定你的目标，并且你愿意为你想要的付出汗水。
It’s like coach John Wooden said “Don’t let what you can’t do interfere with what you can do”. Anybody at any point who is looking at the situation in front of them has the opportunity to make a choice. There’s always something you can do and always something you have. What’s important is that you set a goal and you are willing to sweat for what you want.
拿起一个任务，找到你需要的人，而最棒的回报就是你在做这件事情的过程当中，还可以激励到无数的人。是的，为你所相信的东西，站起来，把你能做的都尽全力去做，勇敢地付出你的汗水，并且激励其他人像你一样。
Pick a mission, organize people and the best reward is that you may inspire people along the way.Don’t be stopped by circumstances and don’t let life happen to you. Stand up for what you believe in with whatever you have available to you and be willing to sweat for it and inspire others to do the same.
