虽然科技的发展使我们的工作和生活更加便利,可我们却觉得时间越来越少了。所以现在关于时间管理方面的内容特别流行,因为大家都想好好管理自己的时间,做更多的事情。
可是我们真的管理的了时间吗?不管怎样,时间都只是自顾自的流逝而已。所以我们应该管理的是自己而不是时间。

关于这一点我是看《把时间当作朋友》这本书领悟到的,我知道了需要管理自己,可却发现不知道如何管理。然而今天的内容指引了一些方向。我们知道要学习英语,却总是花大把时间玩手机,知道要交作业,却总玩到最后一刻才开始动笔。似乎自己非常不听自己的话。仔细想想,其实是没有区分出来什么是最重要的事。就像habit2里说过的,你要写一个mission statement,把目标写的足够让自己心动。让自己意识到这是真正重要的事情。并且在实际生活中要不断提醒自己要优先做最重要的事情,而不要被紧急的琐事迷失了方向。
