Time difference. Usually ORO requires us to finish the manual before the machine packing and they will reserve a margin for time.
The ideal state is like this: everyone finishes their job according to the time requirement.
But the truth is that at most times there will be delay at an uncertain link of the whole chain.If the delay or pending is not notified, we will not know the update and continue to push our last link. And this will cause problems!
Our role as documentation officer is a bit awkward. The culture is when we are not needed,we are not visible in the eyes of engineers.
So, when we ask the engineers for input according to the time required by ORO, engineers find us quite annoying. We are always ignored at this time. What is more, some engineers disrespect us and keep a very mean attitude.
We have to wait patiently until they need us.
And when they need manuals, they will push us. Last minute they provide input, and next minute they will push us for the output.
So, the documentation office is always either busy or idle waiting.

Basic quality as an employee is to reply email while most people fail to follow this.
When you hold prejudice to others, believe me, they can feel it even if you thought you are a good disguiser.

A benign and uncontentious person who is indifferent to things which can’t affect the profit and tries never to offend anybody. Can a leader with yes-man attitude like this be a good leader?
