总结反思
通过对这篇文章的阅读，最大的感受就是一家企业要想在不断前进的社会市场中站得一席之地就必须不断地创新，否则就会被其他跑得更快的竞争者抛下。企业是需要不断注入新的血液，不断创新的，一些庞大的集团往往会出现体系固化，尾大不掉的现象。如何始终保持创新活力，预测流行趋向是值得重视的问题。其次是平衡企业与政府之间的关系。政府对市场起到的是调控和监管的作用，而不是主导作用。在中国，同样存在这种现象，政企必须分开。
第一天，通读全文，积累了一些词汇，对照笃师的示范以及群里同学们的提问，发现自己真的是读得太不仔细了！从Topic2起，一定反复咀嚼文章中不是很懂的地方。第二天的神句翻译让我彻底认识到自己中文水平有多糟糕，翻译出来的句子有多不通顺。后来对照笃师的示范发现有些句子我其实连意思都没懂，根本就是南辕北辙_(:з」∠)_以上，明天继续！
