Year 2020 Wish List
1. My best wish is on my career as a trainer. Change Quotient and 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team shall the 2 most important courses. I shall make a certain amount of income from them.
2. John shall be at the middle level in studying in his school, so there would be possibilities to strike for a municipal key high school.
3. Nick can win outstanding achievements on his work.
4. Again, my family's healthy status is fundamental.
The above 1-3 shall be the breakthrough to myself, John and Nick respectively. Pray!

Appendix: Review of Year 2019
I just reviewed my year 2019 Wish List. The final result is better than my feeling.
1. I can design a course of my own, in the field of leadership. At least trial run three times, hopefully someone could buy it.
Result: 2 new courses designed. One is one Team Leadership with Sand Table, run in SGS for 3 sessions. The other is TTT, run in SGS just once. They are chargeable.
2. Support John to improve in his studies, and more fundamentally to form a brave, responsible character.
Result: I see his improvement on Maths very clearly. Chinese keeps good, but English is even worse which we need do something on. Physics is new, and so far at the normal level, which is still a satisfying status. Most importantly, I see John can manage his mood better, although he may still lose control sometimes, but much better.
3. Nick can be successful in his career.
Result: Nick changed a new employer. He seems more relaxed and motivated at the same time. Thank god, it is an inspiring condition.
4. Wish all my family members healthy.
Result: No doubt. All my family are healthy. John has withdrawn ADHD drugs and in very good condition.
Here are the review of my 2019 Sharpen-the-Saw Actions.
1. Body
Keep on physical exercise at once or twice a week. Keep a healthy dietary.
Result: I am so proud that I stick to this, not 100%, but almost, and I have tried my best. I have ran and swam for over 200km, and lost around 4kg in weight.
2. Mind
Finish module 4 of coaching studying, and try to complete at 24 coaching sessions.
Keep on reading. Complete at least 20 books with reading notes.
Write composition more frequently, say one article per month.
Result: Module 4 session of Coaching will be delayed to Jan 2020 due to other job arrangements. But I completed almost 80 hours of coaching session with has exceeded the target.
It's difficult to count how many books I have read, but for sure, the number is much more than that. I had another composition《学而不思则罔》talked about this topic.
This one was failed. I am short of 2, and completed 10. This is the item that I shall strive in year 2020.
3. Heart
Improve the relationship with my family. Take more care of them. Especially my parents' mental health.
Support young people to create their future in the role of XJTLU external mentor and Enactus coach.
Keep on the relationship with my friends. Gather with them from time to time.
Try to extend the network in education industry.
Result: Yes, this is improving. Some coaching was also done on this topic, and I awared that I might misunderstood something. This needs some further thinking. However, I started to visit them when I am free instead of just letting them come to see me, which is quite good.
I had good intention to help the students, but it didn't go well. Meanwhile, I forgot to open my profile to the students in XJTLU, so I had no students now. Let me see what I can do this year...
Yes, I took good care of my friendship quite well and I will continue.
The network in education industry has extended a little bit. Seems more need to be done in year 2020.
4. Spirit
10 minutes per day meditation. See if any possibility to learn more on how to do this.
Keep on practicing calligraphy. 5 days per week, 30 minutes per day.
Result: Almost failed both. I have done meditation for around 1.5 months. This seems uneasy to me . Calligraphy was almost given up. Instead, I read Taoism and recited all 81 chapters.
