公司不能带自己设备了
从mac换回了Windows，不习惯，先把 wsl先弄起来
wsl 装的Ubuntu 20.04， 安装 pip3 的时候一直报错，报错信息都是类似的
运行apt-get upgrade 也是类似的报错

网上找了很长时间
最终一句搞定
apt-get install -f
被自己蠢哭了，哈哈哈
