首先,上来先来一段,表达对上次参会人员的感谢;

其次,用小标题说明本段要写的是计划的实施步骤;
【plan action】
下边是第一个步骤,带出两小步骤,条理分明,叙事清晰明了;
1, stop the XXX protocol,because the most possibly root cause is the xxx, its take two steps:
Sub-Step 1, detail information etc………
Sub-Step 2, detail information as…which possibly make the XXX device down.
然后是第二个步骤,与第一个大步骤是并列关系,或者递进关系;
2, using the XXX protocol, and also offer great help on xxx to the XXX side, for the permission of the policies on the Firewall and Network devices.
接下来,当完成了上边的大的行动后,会涉及到后续事项跟进,就有了Next Action
【Next action】
针对于两种可能出现的情况,列出计划要做的事儿,给人以考虑周全的印象。
If the solution working well, then for the consideration of the management side, we will involve the user testing and confirm.
If it is not working well, we will restart the service, and arrange the meeting for the real root cause finding.
最后就是外企邮件中,绝对不能少,随时要出现的谢谢谢谢谢谢。
