until recently,I didn't write out these principles because I felt that it was presumptuous for me to tell other what would work best for them.
一直以来，我都没有写下这些原则，是因为我觉得告诉别人怎样最好的工作是有点自以为是。
But over time,I saw the people who I cared about most strugging with problems and wanted to help them,I also found that their problems were almost always the result of vioating one or more of these principles,and their problems could be solved by applying these principles.
但我老是发现我最关心的那群人日夜与一些棘手的问题作斗争，我想帮助他们，我也发现他们的问题几乎都是因为或多或少的违背了我想写的这些原则，只要遵循这些原则，问题就能迎刃而解
so I began writing down the types of problems and the broken principles that cause them.
于是我开始记录他们遇到的问题，写下这些问题背后违背的原则
