This week' s topic about“What is the core element to determine the market price?”
After discussing with my husband, we got a common idea: The thing that is needed but scarce in the market, and also including the value of itself.
For example, tomatoes, we often bought them at ¥2.00/kg from the market. The value of tomatoes would be also ¥2.00/kg more or less. But how to make the tomato price at ¥4.00 /kg. One way, dropping the output by 50%. It doesn’t mean that the tomato value increases, but it still around ¥2.00/kg. Because the market tomatoes are less than the demanding ,the price of tomatoes is increased until it reaches the balance of people’s demanding. Then the price won’t rise again. Once the yield is increased. The tomato price will go down until it is close to the real value. So the end of price’s changing is to make the tomatoes market in balance.
From the commodity, we got a conclusion that the core element of price is demanding in the market. So let’s talk about what will determine our worth? I think our price is the same as the commodity price. If you are needed by the society and you will be paid after work.So how much you will be paid on the basis of how much value you have created in your work. More value you create, more money you will be paid. If you want to earn more, you should find out not only what the society most needs, but grow and develop your value as well. Always to be a person in needing.
