We also went swimming, Kevin liked to dive, I threw the key into the pool, he dived and picked it up. He said" mom, the key was lost, I can't find it." But actually, he tied it to his leg. He had lots of fun in the water.

前面几天感觉自己情绪控制很好，周六这天一整天黏在一起，有几次情绪失控，表现出了我很生气，晚上一起游泳回来的时候和孩子一起探讨了这两次事件，得到了他的理解。看来还是需要继续修炼
