George Orwell. 《1984》DAY 1/20
第一次参加这样的读书群，心里有丝激动，有一种要干一场大事的感觉，尤其是还要分享内容。就是这样的分享，让我感觉非常非常幸运，能加入这样一个群，认认真真的看原著，写分享。
开始阅读任务的时候，自己都不好意思说自己是英语专业毕业的学生了~
首先给我印象深刻的是一系列环境描写：
Winston Smith, his chin nuzzled into his breast in an effort to escape the vile wind, slipped quickly through the glass doors of Victory Mansions, though not quickly enough to prevent a swirl of gritty dust from entering along with him.
The hallway smelt of boiled cabbage and old rag mats.（smell of.....）
Down in the street little eddies of wind were whirling dust and torn paper into spirals, and though the sun was shining and the sky a harsh blue, there seemed to be no colour in anything...
It gave off a sickly, oily smell, as of Chinese rice-spirit.这酒泛着恶心，油腻的气味，跟中国米酒似的。
其次吸引我的是故事情节和组织：
主人公在the Ministry of Truth工作，官方语言是Newspeak，在这里Telescreen监视着一切（it was in the longer wall, opposite the window.）
阅读的章节中充满了讽刺，就如同主人公对见到的女孩子的感觉一样，女孩虽然美好，但个人是比较厌恶的（He disliked nearly all women, and especially the young and pretty ones.）。
花了很长时间品读第一章节，需要继续加油！继续学习和分享！
