When I saw plant-based diet has an greater efficient impact than any other changes as an individual, I can't believe that. However, I find some other articles say that from feeding animals to we eating them is a long process and is extremely energy-intensive. What's more, producing a calorie of animal protein costs much more fossil fuel than producing a calorie of grain protein, namely much more carbon emissions. Amazing. After going through these articles, I suppose I'll try to deliberately reduce the time I eat meat.
