listen, look这些都是句子开头常用的词, 要多加留意.
另外从这里就能看到美国人相对而言非常亲和. 明明是陌生人, 自己是大老板, 又很忙, 不会觉得你拦住我很莫名其妙, 而是会愿意跟你说上一两句话, 并且还是这么客气地说: what can I do for you?
