Carol:Hello, Sam. Come in.

Tom:Hello, Sam. We’re having lunch. Do you want to have lunch with us?

Sam:No thank you, Tom. I’ve already had lunch. I had lunch at half past twelve.
萨 姆：不，汤姆，谢谢。我已经吃过饭了。 我在12点半吃的。
Carol:Have a cup of coffee then.
卡罗尔：那么喝杯咖啡吧。
Sam:I’ve just had a cup, thank you. I had one after my lunch.

Tom:Let’s go into the living-room, Carol. We can have our coffee there.

Carol:Excuse the mess, Sam. This room’s very untidy. We’re packing our suitcases. We’re going to leave tomorrow. Tom and I are going to have a holiday.

Sam:Aren’t you lucky!

语法
I’ve already had lunch.
我已经吃过饭了。
现在完成时，表示过去的动作或状态持续到现在，已经完成对现在造成的影响，或持续发生下去。
常常在句中使用already（肯定句中），yet（否定，疑问，句末），just,before,recently,still,lately,ever等：
have/has done
They haven't finished yet.
他们还没有完成。Have you ever been to Dalian?
你去过大连没有？She has booked three seats on the plane.
她订了三张机票。I haven't seen much of him recently .

I’ve just had a cup, thank you.
我刚喝了一杯，谢谢。
have/has just done sth
刚刚完成某事
They have just returned from their travels.
她们刚旅行回来。Hush! the kids have just gone to bed.

be going to do sth
打算做某事（表示近期、眼下就要发生的事情，表示根据主观判断将来肯定发生的事情）
We’re going to leave tomorrow.
明天我们就要走了。I'm going to cut the grass.

will do sth
将要做某事（表示的将来时间则较远一些）
He will be here in half an hour.
他将在半小时之内到达这里。-
He will write a book one day.
他将来某天要写一本。
