【part1】引入机体内环境类比,大脑可塑,且两者皆要有度。
内环境稳态:homeostasis 生理书上称自稳态:机体内环境的理化性质保持相对恒定的状态。是机体保持正常生命活动必需的。而机体外环境不断变化,寒冷高温缺氧等,为维持内环境稳定,通过各种反馈机制(feedback mechanism)进行调节代偿,达到新的平衡状态适应状态,如果失代偿就患病了啦。也就是它不是固定不变,是一种动态平衡——动态静止的
