The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Happy Kids
* Habit1: Be proactive - You're in charge 主动积极：
I am a responsibleperson. I take initiative. I choose my actions, attitudes, and moods.
I do not blame othersfor my wrong actions.
I do the right thingwithout being asked, even when no one is looking.
我很有责任感，我积极主动，我能调整自己的行为、观点和心情。
如果我做错了，我也不会责备他人。

*Habit 2: Begin with the end in mind - Have a plan 以终为始：
I plan ahead and setgoals.
I do things that havemeaning and make a difference.
I am an important partof my classroom and contribute to my school’s mission and vision.
I look for ways to be a good citizen.
我会安排计划、设定目标。
我只做有意义的事情，力示摆脱平庸无奇。

* Habit3: Put first things first - Work first,then play 要事第一：
I spend my time onthings that are most important.
This means I sayno tothings I know I should not do.
I set priorities, make aschedule, and follow my plan.
I am disciplined and organized.
我只把时间花在重大事项上。

When conflicts arise, Ilook for third alternatives.

* Habit5: Seek first to understand, then to beunderstood - Listen before you talk 知彼解已：
I listen to otherpeople’s ideas and feelings.
I try to see things fromtheir viewpoints.
I listen to otherswithout interrupting.
I am confident invoicing my ideas.
I look people in theeyes when talking.
我会倾听他人的想法和感受。
我努力从别人的立场看问题。
我倾听他人诉说时，从不打断。
我发表自己观点时非常自信。
我和别人交谈时，会凝视对方的眼睛。
* Habit6: Synergize - Together is better 统合综效：
I value other people’sstrengths and learn from them.
I get along well withothers, even people who are different than me.
I work well in groups. Iseek out other people’s ideas to solve problems because I know that by teamingwith others we can create better solutions than anyone of us can alone.
I am humble.
我看重别人的能力，时刻准备向他人学习。

* Habit7: Sharpen the saw - Balance feels best 不断更新：
Itake care of my body by eating right, exercising and getting sleep.
Ispend time with family and friends.
Ilearn in lots of ways and lots of places, not just at school.
Ifind meaningful ways to help others.
我会照顾自己的身体，吃健康食品，多做运动，保持充足睡眠。
我会抽时间陪家人和朋友。
离开学校，我还可以利用多种方式在多种场合学习。
我会花时间寻找有意义的助人之道。
成长，长成自己想成为的那个人！
