进货渠道:由于是资金不够,会去向刚起步的批发商进货,稳住老顾客吸引新顾客,等到资金和销售量上来后就去厂家进货。淘宝级别都上来后,想亲自去海外代购。
SKU:根据几年的销售量来对每款样式的衣服,以及消费者偏爱的颜色进行判断有多少种SKU.
