今天想说一下抑郁症。
最早知道是在电视剧里，总觉得和自闭症有些相似。
09年黄义达因为抑郁症出家，逃离尘事，洗涤心灵，对这一病症又多了些了解。
10年6月30日，最爱的朴容夏因抑郁症在家中自杀。泪目。
今年的乔任梁也因为抑郁症自杀。
......
如果到现在还认为抑郁症是遥远的事情，并没有出现在实际生活中，这样的想法就大错特错了！
让我们来看看百度百科对抑郁症的说明：
抑郁症又称抑郁障碍，以显著而持久的心境低落为主要临床特征，是心境障碍的主要类型。临床可见心境低落与其处境不相称，情绪的消沉可以从闷闷不乐到悲痛欲绝，自卑抑郁，甚至悲观厌世，可有自杀企图或行为；甚至发生木僵；部分病例有明显的焦虑和运动性激越；严重者可出现幻觉、妄想等精神病性症状。每次发作持续至少2周以上、长者甚或数年，多数病例有反复发作的倾向，每次发作大多数可以缓解，部分可有残留症状或转为慢性。
持久的心境低落，情绪的消沉，明显的焦虑，悲观厌世...看看这些这些病症的描述，还觉得离自己很远吗？并没有。
同事的婆婆，也就是她老公的妈妈，已经坚持了两三年的神经内科复查。之前因为失眠，焦虑，情绪不佳等等症状让自己和家人都觉得很辛苦，现在已经有了非常明显的改善。
作为老年人，这是个积极治疗的个例。可是现在有的人，不仅是老年人还有很多年轻人，都不注重自己的心理健康。有的老年人会觉得这没什么大不了的，又没有头痛脑热发烧什么的，觉得这不是病，不需要看医生吃药；年轻人呢，因为工作忙，因为懒，完全没有引起重视。
正是因为这些不重视，我们发现笑，这个与生俱来的简单的表情越来越少了。身边的人有多久没有发出真心的笑容了？你又有多久没有发自内心的笑过了呢？
希望更多的人重视心理健康问题，不要讳疾忌医。
