以前我的生活可以用单调,繁忙,颓废来形容
In the past, my life can be described as monotonous, busy, and decadent.
但是最近由于工作原因,我的时间变得渐渐充裕,我开始另一种生活。
But recently, due to work reasons, my time has become more and more abundant, and I started to live with another life.
现在我每天6:30am起床,和以前每天10点起床,我感觉我变得更加精神,不过早起要付出更大的毅力,因为在天冷的季节,被子里很舒服。
Now I get up at 6:30am every day. Compared with the previous day at 10 o'clock, I feel that I am more spiritual, but I have to exert more perseverance in getting up early, because in the cold season, the bed very comfortable.
经过50分钟的地铁,我来到了工作单位,然后开始吃早饭,我现在开始吃健康的食物,一杯牛奶和一个鸡蛋,如果特别饿我会再吃一个包子。
After 50 minutes of subway, I came to the work unit and started to have breakfast. I started to eat healthy food, a glass of milk and an egg. If I am especially hungry, I will eat another buns.
At 9:00 am 我开始工作,当然现在很清闲,我没有以前的写不完的程序,我上上网,听听音乐就可以度过一上午。
At 9:00 am I started working, Of course, it’s very leisure now. I have no more programs to code like before. I can just surfing on the internet on internet and listened to music to spend the whole morning.
At 12:00 我通常会和同事去吃饭,现在我经常回去离公司附近人民大学食堂去吃饭,
At 12:00, I usually go to dinner with my colleagues. Now I often go to eat at the People’s University cafeteria near the company.
我当然会告诉你因为那里的食物既美味又便宜,而不是我是想去看年轻漂亮的大学生。
I will of course tell you that the food there is delicious and cheap, not beacuse I want to see some young and beautiful college students.
事实上我只是想多运动一下,应为食堂大概有1.5km远。
In fact, I just want to exercise more, because the cafeteria is about 1.5km away.
吃完午饭大概一点了,我一般会小睡一会,虽然在公司睡觉不是很舒服,但我依然睡的很香。
After eating lunch almost 1:00pm, I usually take a nap. Although I feel not comfortable sleeping in the company, I still sleep very well.
下午我会看一看我喜欢的项目代码或者在微信上聊聊天,有时候也会处理一些工作,当然最近的工作并不是很多。
In the afternoon, I will take a look at the program source code which I like or chat with WeChat, and sometimes I will also do some work. Of course, there are not many jobs to do recently.
At 6:00pm, 一个快乐的时间,因为我要下班了。我的夜生活开始了~
At 6:00pm, a happy time because I have to get off work. My night life started~
晚上我一般为了减肥和保持身材,吃得很少,一个苹果或者橘子,外加一个鸡蛋。当然这是我常常感到饥饿。
In the evening, I usually eat very little to lose weight and keep fit, an apple or orange, plus an egg. Of course this is what I often feel hungry.
At 9:00 我锻炼30分钟,一般是无氧运动,运动结束后我一般会洗个澡,应为洗完后,睡觉会比较舒服。
At 9:00 I exercise for 30 minutes, usually anaerobic exercise. After the exercise, I usually take a bath. It should be more comfortable after washing.
现在我一般会控制在12点前睡觉,因为我再也不用加班了,多么愉快的一天啊。
Now I usually control to sleep before 12 o'clock, because I don't have to work overtime anymore, what a pleasant day.
