一、创建项目:
1、创建第一项
vue create hello-world
2、你会被提示选取一个 preset。选择第一项:node-sass\vuex\axios
3、下载所需要的插件:
cnpm i --save-dev compression-webpack-plugin//gzip压缩
cnpm i --save-dev @gfx/zopfli brotli-webpack-plugin//Zopfli压缩
cnpm install node-sass --save-dev //安装node-sass
cnpm install sass-loader --save-dev //安装sass-loader

二、配置vue.config.js
1、前言:
新版vue-cli,没了webpack.config配置文件,我要配置一个插件怎么办?,
由于vue-cli3内置了webpack的配置,如果需要查看配置查看上一篇,
如果需要自己增加一些配置,则在项目根据下创建文件vue-config.js既可
