练习材料：Our neighbor, Captain Charles Alison, will sail from Portsmouth tomorrow. We'll meet him at the harbour early in the morning. He will be in his small boat—Topsail. Topsail is a famous little boat. It has sailed across the Atlantic many times. Captain Alison will set out at eight o'clock so we'll have plenty of time. We'll see his boat and then we'll say good-bye to him. He will be away for two months. We are very proud of him. He will take part in an important race across the Atlantic.

练习感悟：
1、发现错误，到纠正错误发音准确，练习一次是不够，虽然理想状态是犯过的错误发现之后不再犯，但是发音，特别是比较熟悉的单词发音，纠错练到舌头捋不直，注意力稍不集中，或是录音都快了，就会出现心理想着正确发音，但是发出的音还是原来错误的发音，或者发出四不像的怪音~~ 这是一个肌肉练习，而且因为需要纠错，是一个拆骨重塑的过程，唯有多练习；
2、今天看了S老师之前的文章提到的思读，即带着思考朗读练习，纯练习发音的过程中，因为练习次数增多，容易变成纯肌肉的练习；前面几次练习也意识到自己容易走神的问题，带着问题去练习，会强制的集中注意力，目前个人的解决方法：录音1遍，回听，找出发音不正确的地方；听朗读，重点听发音不一致和错误的地方，跟读模仿2-3遍；再循环，直到录音时间与原音一致，发音对比自己听不出错误。
