Overall,I really enjoy this workshop, which is worthy of the ticket, as well as time.
You printed the ppt and share with all participants.which guarantee that we could take away something. of course , the team work activities in another room is great designed and interesting, making us feel quite relax. Besides, the snacks and dinner, i really like them, and i took a lot of photos of them.
All workshop must have some places to be improved.Following is some of my personal suggestions which i believe would make our workshop much more better.
Tip 1: We get a lot of knowledge about team success. like Tuckman model, like color energies, but all these you shared with us is only the theories, i believe many of us already know these theories before more or less. Just like we have read a lot of books, but most of the content we already forgot. In order to make audiences better understand the theory, we have to put them into practice. how about if we could add some practical and vivid examples? how about if we ask audiences raise their troubles about team success?
Tip 2: Activities in another room is exciting and fun. But how about if we make it more meaningful? For example, we talked about 'Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing and Adjurning'. Shall we do like this? At the very beginning, divide all participants into 4 groups, but with one kind of way, and we call it forming. after that, we assume team members have different opinions, and then team leader together with team members design some common rules.Later team start to work closely for the activity...
Tip 3: In the end of this workshop, how about if we gather together and talk about our learning? During this session, we could not only have a summary of this workshop, but also get participants be involved.
All in all, a good workshop with kind friends and teachers. If we could focus more on examples relations between knowledge and activities, also add a summary session. In my opinion, it will be the perfect one.
