化疗时，可以考虑冰敷脚趾和手指，减少药物对指甲的影响—于我而言，好像没有太大效果，大脚趾甲还是整个掉了,手指甲也有断痕。愿意尝试冰敷的可以选购下面类似mitten

3. Moisturizer. Chemo induced skin dryness is pretty common and annoying. I would recommend mild moisturizer such as cetaphil. To me after trying different products. Clinique dramatically different moisturizing gel standout to become the best suit.
