The second time of participating landmark assistant team May 26,2018 after I back from China three days ago while I got message from my friend who I met at the first time at landmark assistant term.She asked me if I was available at this Saturday Sunday, I thought she would be the supervisor of the assistant term because I consider she's very accountable and I like working with her.
There are some different compare with the first time. First, the supervisor is more calm ,some assistants are accountable . We have a time line sheet that we make together which everyone knows what time,what's job should be done ,everything seems goes more smooth and efficiency. Also we create WhatsApp empower call term that works great. And I know I will learn more than last time. Second,not like the first time, I am more hammbe as I know what I don't know. I will be more aware of what the leaders do and being happy with every one and everything. I want be the person that people can count on me and I want be more appropriate for what I am grateful and happy with my life! I am looking forward to seeing what I can get from this wonderful opportunity and my team at Landmark family!
That is a great day that I have ever been inspired by the best funny humor incredible team and awesome persont that I have ever been meet ! Even I promise to Anna (who is one work at landmark as produces manager)to be there before 9am, I am grateful that I have made decision to be there at before 7:30.The completion time is on Toronto room at 11:10pm , we share what we got today: unity,commitment,aountable,realizable,aesthetic integrity,trust,humility.....
