What am I thinking after running?
When I decide to run, I have only one purpose-to lose my weight. The first day is amazing for me because all of them are new to me. I find it not so hard to do it. Just take time. The second day my knee hurts. And I begin to look for how it happens to me. The third day is a little boring. But I still stick on it.
And then when I go home after work, I must make myself believe running is good. And It’s necessary for me to do it. That may cost half an hour. Of course it works. I begin to post running pictures on my friends circle, not to show off, but to record and let them supervise me. One day I work a little later than usual. Then I just run for 3km. Somebody comments it’s just 3km. That sounds like everybody can do it. I don’t care. You are what you do.
I need some achievement to inspire myself and my students. I need to let me know if I want to do something, I can do it. So this is just the beginning.
