一般是因为图标缓存和相应注册表遭到破坏。网络搞到一个脚本，以管理员账户运行一下即可搞定。

ati双显卡opengl驱动问题
AMD hd 6300M，很古老的联想G470双显卡笔记本，运行最后一个使用qt5的dolphin模拟器，win7下启用ati显卡，指定openGL作为图形后端，提示错误，打开事件管理器，发现是atio6axx.dll错误，查看这个文件，发现就是6300M的opengl驱动文件，到AMD下载最新驱动，解包，看到被压缩的atio6axx.dll，winrar没法解包，更名exe，换Universal Extractor工具成功提取，替换原文件，成功运行。
