If I'm asked what the most helpful book for me is, I wouldn't hesitate to say that"The trail less travelled".
Now I'm going through the third one of this 6 -book series. It's the most valuable as far as my life of thirty years. The latest chapter focus on the theme that "Life is complicated". Yes, life is complicated and let's make progress step by step. For example,I find some tiny but couraging improvements in the last week.
First, I'm becoming confident as well as open. In the training session of SUNNY, I was required to PK with one of my colleagues. It's obvious that I'm lagging behind. It's frustrating for me several years ago. But now it no longer bother me. I know clearly I'm good, and I can see clearly my colleague is good, too.
Second, I can stick with a life regime that "sleep early, get up early" and try to keep morning diary of "The things you must do today" for five days straight. It's fantastic. I gain authentic pleasure from it because I'm on the right track.
