First of all, you need to download the MySQL from the official web. The web page is shown as below:
Reminder: only system can use this program is Window (for the reason that I cannot find the admin file and the databases package from on my mac, as I tried so many times, the command cannot run no matter what, so I recommend you to use the window for this study guide )
Here is the official main page. If you have got the same as mine, that means you are on the right track.
This is the package that I downloaded. You can use the other one which you may think it is better for you. (At the beginning of learning the mySQL, I believe they are no difference)

There is another way you can use the mySQL by downloading the XAMPP if you heard before.
Here is official web page. Then you needs to screw down a little bit and you can find it displays as below:

miao~ that is the display when installing XAMPP
when finished, click "finish"
remain the check on the checkbox so that it can run automatically
choose the left side for English~~
if you like you can choose the German as you want :P
now here is the control panel
choose the "start", then "Admin" on the MySQL row
Finally, click "Shell" to open the shell window
Enter the command as below:
$ mysql
All Finished :D Well Done!
