What are the causes and effects of social media？

Nowadays, parents are more and more worry about the bad consequences that social media brought to their children. The amount of time that we spend on social has become more and more and the mark that they have got on their exam has got less and less. There are many reasons why teenagers spend so much time on their phone instead of study hard. In my opinion, the two major problems are the felling of achieving and cheap to fell the pleasant.

Let's talk about the felling of achieving shall we? The fairness of the sociality makes young people hard to understand the relationship between giving and getting. Days of works makes them tire and want to find out, or I should say- to join a world which has clear hierarchy and the goals can be  achievable in a period of time. In this case, gaming become their first choice in obvious. Well, the reason sounds reasonable, but the effect of gaming too much could be catastrophic. For example, a long period time of gaming can cause the Sudden Death. Therefore, control yourself, spend less time on gaming and spend more time on studying.

Secondly, gaming is the cheapest way to get the felling of pleasant. What you do is plug in your charger, connect your Wi-Fi and enjoy your time. Our DNA tells us that we should spend as less energy as possible to survive; therefore, humans are lazy. But another voice in our subconscious mind tell us to do things that makes you fell pleasant. In that case, gaming jumps out again. It is cheap, it uses less energy and it make us fell pleasant. Isn't it sounds perfect? Eh-ah, I'm telling you right now do not think that gaming is perfect, instead, it is very unperfect. Felling pleasant is your body telling you that you are doing the right thing, doing things that is good for you to survive. But gaming mess it all up! It treats your body making the wrong decision and more importantly, it damages your body. Things that have the same features are called- DRUGS. It could damage your sight, your brain and your mental and physical health. Therefore, get the felling of pleasant in the cheapest, easiest and more efficient way makes gaming so attractive.

All in all, there are many reasons why youngsters love gaming so much and the effect could be catastrophic. We have to control ourselves and make our decisions sensible.
