Home Economics from Finland is introduced in Dujiangyan Wanhui Academy
主打“中芬教育”的都江堰市万汇学校,由芬兰国家级专家团队倾力打造,对中国国家课纲进行深度解读,明确教学目标和任务,并在此基础上,融合芬兰理念和教学方法,进行二次研发,重点体现在对教育深度和广度的拓展,是目前芬兰教育方式在国内学校首次完整落地。
Dujiangyan Wan Hui Academy, which focuses on the integrated education of China and Finland, is built by a team of Finnish national experts to interpret the Chinese national curriculum in depth, and to clarify the teaching objectives and tasks. On this basis, the academy integrates Finnish ideas and teaching methods for further research and development. This is mainly reflected by the expansion of the depth and breadth of education, which is the first complete landing of Finnish education in domestic schools.
作为一所能真正实现国家“德智体美劳”五育并举教育方针的学校,为了让学生们在玩乐中学习、在动手中学习、在探究中学习,学校开设了特色课程——家政课,旨在教会孩子学会健康生活,诗意成长。本周课程的主题——制作奶昔,课程中学生熟悉厨房用具,认识水果,了解营养搭配,英文设计奶昔食谱,一堂短短的家政课融合了科学、艺术、语文、英语等多门学科知识,培养了学生创新能力。
As a school that can truly realize the national education policy of "moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor ", in order to enable students to learn in play, in hands-on learning, in inquiry, the school offers a special course, Home Economics, which aims to teach children to learn to live a healthy life and grow up poetically. The theme of this week's course was making milkshakes. In the course, students were getting familiar with kitchen utensils, fruits, nutrition, and milkshake recipes designed in English. Such a short Home Economics class combines science, art, Chinese, English and other disciplines of knowledge, and cultivates students' innovative ability.
家政课上老师鼓励学生们分组合作,培养团队意识,学会倾听,考虑他人。学生可以正确命名常见家务劳动,认识家政教室中的常用工具及家务中使用的常用材料,每个人都参与到家政教室安全规则的制定中来,保护自己,保护他人,保护环境是我们教育的永恒主题。
In the Home Economics class, the teacher encouraged the students to work in groups, developed a sense of teamwork, learned to listen and considered others. Students can correctly name the common housework, know the common tools and materials used in housework in the Home Economics classroom. Everyone participated in the formulation of safety rules in the Home Economics classroom, protected themselves and others. Also, students understood that protecting the environment is the eternal theme of our education.
国家中级西点师程魏老师加入了我们的课堂,孩子们热情地围绕在她身边,“哇,程老师,你的刀工好棒啊!”“程老师,制作奶昔看起来很容易呢!”“程老师,制作奶油需要多久啊”“程老师,制作奶昔需要加奶油吗?”孩子们充满了各种各样的问题,仔细观察着每一步操作,还有些孩子在做笔记,希望一会儿自己动手的时候能够拿出满意的作品。

动手制作奶昔

跃跃欲试的孩子们已经迫不及待了,把时间交给他们吧!每个小组分工合作,有条不紊地进行着各项工作,洗盘子,擦桌子,洗水果等等,各司其职。“老师,我该放多少水果多少牛奶呢?”“老师,胡萝卜加苹果好喝吗?”“老师,我削皮怎么没你削得好呢?”,孩子们产生了各种疑问,付诸实践才知道,一杯奶昔也有大学问,水果、牛奶如何配比?水果、蔬菜如何搭配?如何装饰奶昔杯?也许这些问题会在“做”的过程中解决,做中学永远是最好的学习方式。
The children who were eager to try couldn’t wait, so the teacher gave them the time! 最后,孩子们享受着自己的成果,新的尝试也许会成功,也许会失败,但是这都不是最重要的,因为他们收获的是这个学习过程。课后,孩子们把这次经历记录下来,写成学习日记,语文老师和美术老师对大家进行了指导,一篇篇图文并茂的家政课学习日记就诞生了。
Finally, children enjoyed their own achievements. New attempts may succeed or may fail, but this is not the most important, because they acquired the learning process. After class, the children recorded the experience and wrote a learning diary. Chinese teachers and art teachers gave the students guidance, and diaries of the Home Economics lesson with pictures and texts were born.
