(a) Subject to the provisions of section 57B of the Ordinance, and save as provided by contract or these Articles to the contrary, all unissued shares shall be at the disposal of the Directors who may allot, grant options over, or otherwise deal with or dispose of the same to such persons, at such times, for such consideration and generally upon such terms and conditions as they think proper, but so that no shares of any class shall be issued at a discount except in accordance with section 50 of the Ordinance.
(a)在符合本条例第57B条另有规定外，除非与合同或本条款相悖，所有未发行的股份应由董事支配，董事可在他们认为适当的时间、代价和一般条款及条件下，向他们认可的交易对象分配、授予期权，或以其他方式处理或处置该等期权，但除符合按照本条例第50条的情况外，不得折价发行任何类别的股份。
(b) The Company may give such financial assistance for purposes of acquiring shares in the Company as is not prohibited by the Ordinance.
(b)本公司可为收购本公司股份提供本条例未禁止的财政援助。
(c) The Directors are authorized to make statements or take such other steps as may be required by the Ordinance in relation to the giving of financial assistance to acquire shares in the Company.
(c)董事有权就给予财务援助以收购本公司股份作出声明或采取条例要求的其他步骤。
