Key Considerations for VxRail Network Planning
Preparing to support a VxRail deployment on a qualified switch follows these basic steps:
1.Define the VLANs for the key VxRail networks on the switch
2.Configure the switch ports connecting to the VxRail nodes on the switch
3.Configure the switch ports to serve as uplinks on the switch
4.Assign the VLANs to the switch ports on the switch
5.Capture and record the VLAN IDs configured on the switch
6.Capture and record the port numbers configured for connectivity for VxRail nodes
7.Capture and record the port numbers configured for uplinks
