The world is a dark and scary place. You may not be able to control everything that happens, but you can control your perception of those things. If you change the way you see things, your life will change too! I’ve compiled some useful tips on how to be happier right now:

  1. Lack of Suspicion and Resentment

这个世界是一个黑暗而可怕的地方。你可能无法控制发生的一切,但你可以控制你对这些事情的感知。如果你改变看待事物的方式,你的生活也会改变!我整理了一些关于如何现在更快乐的有用提示:
1.缺乏怀疑和怨恨

You don’t have to hold grudges. It’s a waste of time and energy, which you could be using to make yourself happier instead. Don’t waste your life being suspicious or resentful of others, even if they’ve done something wrong in the past (or even if they are currently doing something wrong). It’s not worth it!

  1. Not Living in The Past

你不必记仇。这是浪费时间和精力,你本可以用这些来让自己更快乐。不要浪费你的生命去怀疑或怨恨他人,即使他们过去做错了什么(或者现在做错了什么)。这不值得!
2.不活在过去

It’s easy to get caught up in the past and what you used to have, especially if you’re unhappy with your current situation. But this can lead to a lot of unnecessary stress and unhappiness. Instead of focusing on what used to be, focus on what is now and how you can change it for the better!

  1. Not Wasting Time & Energy Fighting Things You Cannot Change

你很容易陷入过去和过去,尤其是当你对现在的处境不满意时。但这会导致很多不必要的压力和不愉快。与其专注于过去,不如专注于现在,以及如何让它变得更好!
3.不要浪费时间和精力去对抗你无法改变的事情

If you can’t control something, don’t waste your energy fighting against it. You will only exhaust yourself and make yourself miserable in the process. If you feel that someone has hurt or offended you, let go of any need for revenge or retaliation–it will only cause more pain in your life and make things worse for everyone involved. Instead of wasting time and energy on trying to control what cannot be controlled (and likely never will), focus on what matters most: learning how to live with impermanence by accepting what has already happened or is happening now as part of life’s natural order; learning how to accept ourselves as imperfect humans who make mistakes; cultivating compassion toward others so we don’t judge ourselves too harshly when we fail at times; taking care of our health so that we may live longer lives filled with happiness rather than sorrows caused by illness or disease.

As you become more aware of the world around you, it will be easier to stay engaged with current events and what’s going on in your community. Here are some ideas; Read a newspaper every day (or at least try). It can be hard to find time for this, but if you can manage it, then do it! The news is relevant information that affects all of us–and keeping up with it helps us feel connected and informed about our surroundings. Plus, reading papers has been shown to make people happier overall because they’re able to learn things that interest them on topics like politics or sports; this makes them feel more engaged with their lives rather than isolated from society as a whole. Watch the news when there’s time available (like during lunch). You don’t have to watch hours upon hours every day–just check out some headlines before heading home from work/school/wherever else life takes place each day.* Listen while driving or working out instead of music if possible so that nothing distracts from what’s being said.

Don’t waste time and energy on things you cannot change. Don’t feel sorry for yourself, it won’t help the situation and will only make matters worse. Don’t blame others for your problems, as this will only keep them stuck in your mind, preventing any progress from being made towards finding a solution or making improvements in your life (and thus increasing happiness levels). The best thing to do when something goes wrong is ask yourself how it happened so that mistakes can be avoided in the future – this way, instead of wallowing around feeling sorry for yourself all day long without taking any action towards changing anything at all about what just happened (or even learning from what went wrong) then there will always be hope that things may improve over time if we’re willing enough!
不要把时间和精力浪费在你无法改变的事情上。不要为自己感到难过,这对情况没有帮助,只会让事情变得更糟。不要把你的问题归咎于他人,因为这只会让他们留在你的脑海中,阻止你在寻找解决方案或改善生活方面取得任何进展(从而提高幸福感)。当出现问题时,最好的办法是问问自己是怎么发生的,这样以后就可以避免错误——这样,与其整天沉浸在为自己感到难过的情绪中,而不采取任何行动来改变刚刚发生的事情(甚至从错误中吸取教训),那么如果我们足够愿意,事情总会有希望随着时间的推移而改善!

  1. Cultivate Old Fashioned Virtues
    Be kind. Kindness is the foundation of all other virtues, and it’s something we can all do more often. Be generous. Giving money, food or time to others makes you feel good about yourself as well as helping someone else out in need! Be honest with yourself and others at all times–it’s liberating (and also helps keep you out of trouble).

要善良。善良是所有其他美德的基础,也是我们都可以经常做的事情。慷慨一点。给别人钱、食物或时间会让你自我感觉良好,也会帮助其他需要帮助的人!在任何时候都要对自己和他人诚实——这是一种解放(也有助于你摆脱麻烦)。
7.不要对自己期望过高

We all have a tendency to set ourselves up for failure by expecting too much from ourselves and others. We think, “I should be able to do this perfectly,” or “My partner should know exactly what I need and give it to me.” If you’re feeling stressed out, take some time to reflect on what your expectations are in each area of your life–and then ask yourself if those expectations are realistic or not. You may find that some of them aren’t!

  1. Find Something Bigger Than Yourself To Believe In

我们都有一种倾向,对自己和他人期望过高,从而使自己注定要失败。我们认为,“我应该能够完美地做到这一点”,或者“我的伴侣应该确切地知道我需要什么,并把它给我。”如果你感到压力很大,花点时间思考一下你对生活各个领域的期望是什么,然后问自己这些期望是否现实。你可能会发现他们中的一些人不是!
8.找到比自己更伟大的东西去相信

It’s hard to be happy when you feel like life is out of control. It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day, but if you don’t take a step back and look at the big picture, it can be difficult to see how much progress you’ve made or how lucky you are. There are many ways that people find meaning in life–they may believe in God or spirituality; they may have faith in humanity as a whole; others find meaning through their families, friends and loved ones; still others might find purpose by helping others less fortunate than themselves. Whatever it may be for each person individually (and there are many), finding something bigger than yourself will give your life meaning while also helping improve your happiness levels!
当你觉得生活失控时,很难快乐。人们很容易陷入日常生活,但如果你不退后一步,审视全局,就很难看到你取得了多大的进步或你有多幸运。人们通过多种方式找到生活的意义——他们可能相信上帝或精神;他们可能对整个人类抱有信心;其他人通过家人、朋友和亲人找到意义;还有一些人可能会通过帮助不如自己幸运的人来找到目标。无论对每个人来说是什么(有很多),找到比自己更伟大的东西会给你的生活带来意义,同时也有助于提高你的幸福水平!

I hope you found these tips helpful! There are so many ways to be happier, and it doesn’t take much effort. You just need to make a conscious decision to do things differently and then follow through on it every day. The more practice you get at this, the easier it will become for you and the more positive life will feel overall.
