On Saturday and Sunday, the weather was a bit cold but as the training pick up the weather began to be good where at the end of the session it is a bit hot and good.
The first session we did a training on the first session on the third pitch.it involved a warm up then a technical exercise last we played a match to make players become used to the games.
We started with monkey and snatching the ball as we are waiting for other players, after we did exercise that involves running mostly without a ball that increase physical fitness the we introduce the ball where they have to dribble then we did a small exercise that involves a direct pass to a designated player.
Then we played a game with a team that is at a high level to observe and try to challenge the players to try to do an improvement
Then for the second session it was a very good, there was an increase of players and the weather was good as well. We started with a little touch on the ball and then to get familiar with the ball then players the juggling of the ball then we made it as competition to see an improvement.
Then we started a technical drill that involves running and coordination due to a big number we did separate them with another coach we had to do it in one side after the players had to swap in order to change the access the training
After we divide the players into 2 groups and did 1vs1 game to improve the defense and attacking a player which was effective and then we played 3vs3 which was very good and effective.
Then we finished doing a stretching after the game.
