在以后的工作中，尤其是需要别人协助的，比如安装等问题，不要想让别人少做点，要把内容、任务说全，不要怕重复发给上游和下游单位和同事。第一次一定要发全，不要老是自己想办法解决。到最后就是两边不讨好。
最近实在是有点忙，很多要做的事都没时间做，起码有2个大项方案没做。万达开门快10天了，都没时间去。
Do work in the furture,espcially the work what need someone's help,for example installing,do not should think how to let others to do less work,make clearly all the work is,you do not care about whether the same work you told two different persons.You should make clearly at first,do not think anything you do it yourself,it might be divided up.
I am busy recently.There are many things waiting for me,there are two big project at last,the WanDa operation nearly 10 days,I have no time to go to.
