上周的文章,朋友们建议,发工资也要顺应人性,这周讨论一下:

By: A way to rise and fall, apparently ascended but actually descended -- degradation instead of promotion;

也许有人会讲这个老板太阴险了;

Someone might say that the boss is too insidious.

那么老板应该是好人还是坏人呢;

So, the boss should be an angel or a devil?

按道理来讲,应该要做好人中的好人,坏人中的坏人;

Theoretically, they should be the angel among the angels, the devil among the devils.

包青天说,如果我不够好,无法秉公断案,如果我不够坏就不知道坏人怎么想;

Bao Zheng said, if I'm not good enough, I wouldn’t know how to impartially adjudicate a case, but if I'm not bad enough, I wouldn't know what the devils think

但是大部分的老板都是坏人,知道员工怎么想,然后想办法把员工的想法都给KO了,所以天下老板一样黑;

But most bosses are devils, know how employees think, and then find a way how to kill employee's thoughts, bosses around the world are evil;



举个例子,一个企业的老板规定给业务员3000元底薪(没有任何的业绩要求),有业绩就可以再拿2%提成,但是员工都没有什么积极性,老是抱怨薪水太少,老板就想要改善员工的积极性,他大概总结了一下,业务员平均为20万业绩每个月;

For example, a boss prescribes a minimum salary of 3, 000 yuan for salespeople (without any performance requirements), and each one can get more 2% commission if they have performance, but the employees have no enthusiasm after sometime, and always complain about the salary, so the boss wants to improve the enthusiasm of the employees. He roughly summed up the average salesman for 200,000 performances per month;

他想要做一个改革,底薪3000 但是必须完成 20万元每个月的业绩,不然就要按20万业绩的百分比例来拿薪水,结果全部的销售都辞职跑掉了,为什么,上篇所述,觉得自己权利受到严重的侵犯;

He wants to make a reform. The current basic salary for one salesman is 3, 000Rmb., but he must complete the monthly performance of 200,000Rmb.; Otherwise, he will have to take the salary as a percentage of 200,000 achievements. As a result, all the sales shall have resigned and gone away. Why, as mentioned earlier, feeling that their rights have been seriously violated;

但是如果老板声明规定从现在在起,我要同销售人员加工资,所有的销售一定很开心,会说老板太英明了,肯为员工考虑;

However, if the boss states that from now on, I want to increase salaries with the sales staff, all sales must be very happy, definitely they will say that the boss is too wise and generous, and willing to consider for the staff side;

但是老板规定说我要同你加到3800,其中 800元是固定薪水,不管有没有拿到业绩,都可以拿到800元, 但是另外的3000元要完成20万业绩每个月;

But the boss says I want to increase to 3800RMB. with you, among them, 800Rmb. is fixed salary, whether you get achievement or not, you can get 800Rmb., the other 3, 000Rmb. need to complete 200,000 achievement every month;

如果只完成 10万业绩,就拿1500元加上固定薪水800元,底薪工资就是2300元每月,完成 30万,底薪就是3800+提成2%不变,这样的话员工会非常开心;

If he only completes 100,000 achievement, accordingly he only can take 1, 500Rmb. plus fixed salary 800Rmb., so his basic salary is 2, 300Rmb. a month, if he completes 300,000 achievement, his base salary will be 3800 then plus commission 2% no change, like this, employees will be very cheerful;

但是事实上他已经掉坑里了;

But the truth is, he's already fallen into a trap;



以前业绩为零,老板还是要给3000元,以前他达到10万业绩,甚至零业绩就可以拿到3000,现在改革了后如果只做10万业绩的话只能拿到2300,明升暗降;

Before if his achievement is zero, boss still has to give 3000Rmb. for basic salary, and before whatever he reached 100,000 or zero achievement, he could get 3, 000Rmb.,  but now, after reform, if he only did 100,000 achievement, he only could get 2, 300, degradation instead of promotion;

名义上是增加了薪水,但是要玩数字游戏员工怎么玩得过老板捏;

Nominally, there is a pay rising, but the truth is quite the opposite, How can an employee get over the boss if he wants to play a number game?



薪水结构改革不要一下子强硬的改变,这样强制性的变革可能会带来造反,造成极其负面的影响;

Pay structure reform should not be changed uncompromisingly at once; such mandatory changes may lead to rebellion, resulting in extremely negative impact;

我们老板就做不到这样的管理,不够狠,不够坏,所以公司一直不愠不火,长此以往会不会在狼性的竞争中慢慢失去原有的市场捏?

Our boss disagreed to do this kind of management, he is not cruel and evil enough, so our company has been staying in plain common, in long term running, will we lose the market share in the fierce competition?
