Today is Tuesday.
Amelia's dad packed the car and then they hit the road. When the car left the town, Amelia felt sad for leaving her dog, whose name was Finally.
They drove to the countryside and stopped at the bank of a river. Her dad pulled out a blanket and put their lunch basket on it. He told her it would keep ants from joining them. Amelia thought sadly that she really wished her aunts and uncles could join them. When they finished the lunch, her dad said, "So far, so good." That means succeeding or managing adequately to this point or doing well thus far. Amelia said," We haven't gone so far and it's not so good." Amelia learned how to use a map and help her dad to find a road. Then they drove along a dirt road and arrived at the end of the road. There was a sign by the road, which shew a left arrow and a right arrow. They had to make a decision which way to go. Amelia's mother did by flipping a coin.
What would happen to them?
