1.昨天坐地铁，我在读一本英文版的爱丽丝梦游仙境，旁边一位女生在画素描。我一直以来都很羡慕有才艺特长的女生，会画画真的了不起。可是，像我一样能阅读原著并绘声绘色讲给女儿听难道不同样是一门特长吗？对呀，发展特长成为第二职业，开一个类似公众号，面向中小学生，一边听英语故事来培养英语语感，一边休闲娱乐不也蛮好吗？既摆脱了枯燥学习，还能一对一答疑，更有针对性呢。
Yesterday I was in the subway reading the English-version Alice's Adventure in Wonderland while one girl beside me was making some sketches on one sheet of white paper. 2.毕业5年后才逐渐发现自己在工作中需要学习的东西越来越多。比如成为一名管理者，做一个好的管理者需要了解的知识面很宽广，比如人力资源、财务常识、投资并购、数据分析与处理、业务部门知识、驾车技能、人文视野与聊天技巧等等，这些累积成一个人的人格魅力和气场。

4.理论知识再丰富也只是纸上谈兵，一定要做实操，工作经验的重要性是无可取代的，事务性的工作做好后善于总结规律，但是不能一直停留在事务性工作上，要开阔视野，站在一定高度做全盘和战略规划。
As for theretical knowledge, no matter how strong it is, it is mere talking. One must do the practical operation because working experience is irreplaceable.
