Today we are going to have a English test in the second half of the day. I am curious whether have my English improved or not?

Now I know the principle of learning English:

Listening: keep on imputing with understandable content

Speaking: speak to your self all the time; Prepare before giving a speech; summary your day before you go to bed in English.

Reading: change everything around you into English version; read English paper everyday; read email a lot.

Writing: that is what I am doing now. 

My listening has improved a lot, but my speaking still need to enhance, because sometime I just find that I can not express myself.

I also need to keep on reading books and newspaper.

Stick to write like this, that will be a great help, sure it is!

The only problem is that I was lazy sometime, I was too tired to learn more, just want to relax! this is not good, I need to concentrate on English learning, because it is my dream. I don not have big dreams, learning language is the only dream I've ever had.I really want to be a English teacher in the future. Other than that, I also want to learn more language, because I find it interesting to analysis language, it is also a kind of hobby. But learning a new language is really not easy, time is the main problem.

We had a English test today. two colleagues from HR read a two big paragraphs, and we are required to write down what they were reading, or summarize what they were reading. Oh, GOD!

It was really hard to memorize. also we were asked to write a email to our supervisors which is OK for us. and at last, we were required to read a paragraph loud, and this is easy for us.

I brought a bag of fruit to my team, they were all very happy.

Some of my team members speak very good English, I have to speak more with them.
