人们刚开始对电车需求很大,因为现如今人们有了环保意识,人们经济水平也提升了,然后刚开始会有很多人要买电车,等到后来,电车潮会过去,而且会发明更好的环保代步工具,所以电车又会到衰退阶段。

Product Life Cycle
Where is this product (item, process) in its Product Life Cycle? My answer to this question, properly managed, is “I don’t care”.
Once product development, the first stage of the Product Life Cycle, reaches the next stages, introduction, promotion and maturity, the stages will be self-evident. The last stage, decline, will come sooner or later. The key is to be ready, and better yet, make it happen. If someone is going to design our item out, I want it to be us.
The action to be taken on a regular basis, while managing all the work required for the stages of the Product Life Cycle is simply to continually refocus the Fuzzy Front End. There are many approaches but may I suggest beginning with an Idea Sheet® meeting. This can be made to fit your organization's ongoing planning activities. Ongoing success and growth depend on the discipline to pull the core people of an organization together for four hours (or less), preferably several times a year. Properly led and managed, the Idea Sheet® meeting is to focus only on taking thoughts and articulating them as real ideas, to be reviewed and guided by our valued customer. A thought to be an idea must have attributes, specifications and alternatives defined
It is not natural or automatic for an organization to again do an Idea Sheet® Meeting once we are working hard on introduction, promotion, and all the marketing, cost reduction and product evolution of the maturing product as it moves through the Product Life Cycle. Therefore it is totally incumbent on management.
The four hour time commitment to an Idea Sheet® Meeting, on a regular basis, is only 2.5 % of one month’s time, .8% of the hours in a quarter and less than .2% of the hours in one year. we can not afford not to commit the time of the core people of the organization to this, others will and we will loose.
If a regular commitment to an Idea Sheet® Meeting is made (the responsibility of Management) the last stage of the Product Life Cycle, decline, will be a laughing matter because our Focus on the Fuzzy Front End , on an ongoing basis will mean that we have designed out and replaced our own Declining Product with our own New to the World Product!
This applies to products and services equally and the process is the same. The desirable Product Life Cycle is; Idea Sheet®, Valued Customer input, development, introduction, promotion and maturity, plus New to the World product or service introduced as the original product enters decline. Companies that adopt this sequence, adding the Idea Sheet® to the ongoing Fuzzy Front End, will find Growth!
