The moment something unpleasant arises, we reject it: "I don't want to deal with this." So we stop and then start [meditation] again even though sometimes we don't want to. Something beneath the surface is driving us: wisdom!
当不愉快出现时,我们拒绝的说,我不要应付这个状况。之后我们停止抱怨并开始禅修,尽管有时我们并不想去修。这种现象的背后是智慧的驱使。
个人注解:烦恼和智慧是不同的两条路。智慧选择如实观察现象而非改变现实,面对不愉快我们选择观察而非改变,这是智慧在选择。
