Cardiopulmonary resuscitation or CPR can save someone whose heart has stopped. The condition is called cardiac arrest. The heart stops pumping blood; the person stops breathing. Without lifesaving measures, the brain starts to die within four to six minutes.
CPR combines breathing into the victim's mouth and repeated presses on the chest. CPR keeps blood and oxygen flowing to the heart and brain.
However, a new Japanese study queations the usefulness of mouth-to-mouth breathing.
The study was published in the British medical magzine, the Lancet.

4“做事”的速度要比“想事”的速度快一点点,这样你就不会浪费一堆时间比纠结。
5初学者的必备技能:听话照做执行别发挥。这样反而进步最快,因为你的行动量太小,“思考”几乎是错的。每个人都是哲学家,但是你拿不到结果,说话是不硬气的。
6建立**的安全感,不要怕没有收益的投入。全力投入,用脑用心,是稳赚不赔的事情。这样练有没有用?练到有用为止!进步是持续做好每一件事情以后,涌现出来的。
7细节了然于心,但又不拘泥于细节,既见树木,又见森林。进不去是因为心太浮躁眼高手低,出不来是因为格局太小不会抽象思考。
