3.建立3.0炫腹团,有了一个健身事业的愿景
不足:
1.饮食没控制好,体重反弹
2.听了瘦腿女神分享后,又开始贪心了。把原来缩短的运动时间又加长
启示:
你要不停尝试,才有机会自己真正喜欢,付储爱并实现的事业。我好像找到了!

Hello everbody. This is the first time to show my English here, but I am sure most of you can understand, and I try my best to express simplely and briefly.
For the last week I was so satisfied with my performance.
1. I finally make my wonderful schedule come true. Get up at 5 o'clock. And enjoy a meditation at 5:30. Finish the certain exercise of my Abs group around 6:20. And finsh the speed interval running around 7:00. And concentrate on reading in 25minute by tomato clock. After that take a shower and enjoy the breakfast and make up myself. What a wonderful morning!
2. Finished reading a book by 5 times of using tomato clock. I found myself getting more confidence to finished reading a book by each week.
3. Set up a new abs group for class 3.0. I have a dream that not only me but also all my group members would get the sexy and charming boby by the end of this year. We would have our own Victoria 'S secret fashion show then. Amazing idea but makes me excited and decided to devote my energy and patient to do it . I am sure, it would 100% come true by December 30th, 2017.
Above, it's the satisfy part.
For the unsatisfy part
1. I can't control my mouth to get high calorie foods. The weight is turning back to 53 kg.
2. star to extend the exercise time after listening the share by Miss xumin. I talked to myself can't to be greedy, just focus on one point on each 90 days. That's enough.
What I can learn by last week?
i told to my self. you can't stop trying until you find what you love without mean, and you can devote all your energy and love to do it. Maybe I found it, it was just an idea now. But I believed it would come true while i keep helping others. Because help others, in fact is helping yourself.
