写在前面的话
看老友记学英语第十一期，很高兴越来越多的朋友参与到这个系列的学习中来。也谢谢大家给的很多意见和建议，我会好好考虑然后不断改进的。新的朋友如果对这个学习系列还不太了解，可以参考之前的文章。天气越来越冷了，但是希望我们学习的热情会越来越高涨。
如何记单词
单词量是英语学习的基础，但是记单词却是很多朋友最受困扰的部分。那么怎么记单词才能简单有效又不容易忘呢？今天就和大家分享一下我长期实践总结的单词记忆心得。
1 遇到生词先猜测词义。
遇到生词不要马上去查，而是先结合上下语境来猜测词义。为什么呢，打个比喻，就像别人给你出了一个谜语，你猜了老半天绞尽脑汁也没有猜出来，然后你央求别人告诉你了，然后你会不会有种豁然开朗的感觉，原来是这样！印象会特别深刻。所以记单词也是一样的，不要上来就查词典，而是自己先猜一下再查，会很大程度上加深记忆力。
2 多用生词造句。
看我的分享的朋友会知道我的文章中会有很多生词的拓展应用，那就是一个利用生词造句还加深印象的过程。只有会用了，才能够更深刻的了解和记忆这个单词。如何造句呢，可以查电子词典，词典词典上会有很多的例句，可以转换成自己的。
篇幅有限，先写到这里，记单词是个大学问，后期我会专门写文章分享，下面还是接着开始学习老友记学习吧。

解析：1. Shoot for stars:比喻目标很远，做很厉害的事。
Shoot for the stars and hit the moon。相当于我们的意栽花花不开，无心插柳柳成荫。
Don't shoot for stars when you just begin running. 刚开始跑步的时候不要想着能迅速达到很高的水平。
2. paper当"纸”的时候是不可数的，当论文用的时候是可数的。
3.anecdote ['ænɪkdəʊt]轶事，前一阵宝宝离婚案就可以说
Everyone remarked on theanecdote of Wang Bao Qiang's divorce.

2.high-powered，高功率的；马力大的。这里指精力旺盛，干劲十足的。

Dump,甩掉，这个词是整部剧中用到频率最多的一个词，因为他们每天都在分分合合。

解析：Give me a 'for instance'：给我举个例子，这个表达平时很多情况下都能用得到。
Roll with the punches: unch指“打击、拳击”的意思；在搏斗中要随着对方出拳而翻滚（roll），意思是要“表现灵活些”，有的地方翻译成“兵来将挡，水来土掩”，随机而变的意思。
On the table:在桌面上；公开地，这里指被列入考虑范围。
