With a total area of 88.5 hectares, the scenic area is characterized by the stone landscape, the humanistic religion is the content, and the rural scenery of the water country is supported by the sightseeing tourism as the main function of the recreation scenic spot. It is mainly composed of stone Buddha scenic spot, yangshan park and yangshan stone city scenic spot. Yangshan stone Buddha statue is one of the four great stone Buddha’s in zhejiang. Many cliff stone carving, rare sheep,provide rich tourism resources for the scenic spot, attracting tourists from all over the country.
景区总面积88.5公顷，该景区以石景观为特色，人文宗教为内容，水乡田园风光为依托，以观光旅游为主要功能的游憩风景名胜区。其主要有石佛景区、羊山公园和羊山石城景区等三部分组成。羊山石佛造像系浙江四大石佛之一，石佛禅寺系全国著名百家寺院之一。众多的摩崖石刻，罕见的羊山石城，为景区提供了丰富的旅游资源，吸引着全国各地慕名而来的游客。
