【TED训练营2021.12.22-2022.1.21】:11/10
一、反馈时间:2021.1.21
二、视频题目:如何避免把精力浪费在不必要之处(Stop wasting energy on these 3 undeniable Energy-wasters)
三、一句话概括主要内容
Energy and attention are a finite resource,we can maximize our energy by removing energy-wasters.
四、深刻理解到的内容是
1. Energy and attention(精力和专注力)
(1)They are a finite resource, precious, and they run out easily.
(2)If you want to experience true, lasting success in any area of your life, you need to learn how to fill up your energy tank more efficiently, learn how to channel your energy properly.
2. Three undeniable Energy-wasters
(1)Multitasking(多任务处理)
For every different task we switch to,our attention “drags”a little. Over time, this“drags”might make up an entire portion of your attention and energy.
Instead of multitasking, spend uninterrupted and intensely focused period of time on one or two project.
Less time + Enormous intensity = Deep work
(2)Good opportunities(所谓的好机会)
There is no shortage of good opportunities that come your way,you need to say no to opportunities, that that are just good. Only say yes to great ones.
The danger of this particular(“good”) opportunities is that they take away your precious energy reserves for projects that don't really matter.
(3)Relations with the wrong people(搭上错误的人)
Behind all those “good” opportunities are the people offering it. And like their opportunities often these people are the “wrong”people for you right now.
Better to master a select few projects than simply be involved in many without making real progress.
五、我对这个视频的点评
1.引起我们对“精力”和“专注力”资源及其管理的注意。
2.让我们重新评估什么事情值得做,什么事情是我们“人生蓝图”中的一部分。
六、如果我来讲我会借鉴
“Good” opportunities vs. Great opportunities; big picture; legacy
七、金句
1.From the big picture, it's not. What your life will mean when you look back on it.
2.You can’t achieve your deepness and most meaningful work while you are distracted doing sundry little projects that cost more than they're worth.
3.The narrower your vision for your future, the wider the wrong people category.
4.The difference between successful people and really successful people is that really successful people say no to almost everything.(沃伦·巴菲特)
