Honestly, I'm not that kind of person who has some artistic abilities. But I do know some styles of art such as impressionism, classicism and realism. In addition, I remember my first interest-oriented class was a painting class, and I performed pretty bad during that class, so my parents had given up on cultivating me as a painter. I want to share with you my favorite painting which is a girl with a pearl earring. Thisoil painting was done by a Dutch painter named Johannes Vermeer. The girl in painting wears a blue headscarf and a pearl earring. At first, I was attracted by her outfit and expressive eyes. Then I searched information about this painting on internet. The thing that always keeps me thinking is if she wears a pair of earrings or just a earring. When I Google this painting, I realized people hold different opinions about this painting and use their own imagination to interpret this painting. I guess that is the essential part of aesthetic, as people are free to share their own ideas about the same painting.
